DANNY
After just 1 year in the U.S., Danny was working and rubbing shoulders with Hollywood's elite. From Carrie Underwood to the cast of Will & Grace, Stevie Wonder to 19 Entertainment, Danny was catapulted to the very top. Now 8 years later he is so happy for one of his proudest achievements when the U.S government acknowledged his unique talent by making him a U.S. citizen.

A native of England, Teeson began his career as a member of the original London cast of "Fame the Musical," where he was dance captain and understudy to Tyrone Jackson and Joe Vegas. After several years of performing in various west end productions, he moved from theater into commercial dance, where he danced and choreographed for artists such as Diana Ross, Gloria Estefan, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams and Tom Jones, with whom he won 2000's best music video for "Sex Bomb." Eventually, he began to coach artists on body language, stage presence, inner confidence, social know-how, and basically, how to be a star.

 

In addition, Teeson learned first hand about food and wine at the feet of his grandmother who taught him how to cook at the age of five. These skills proved to come in handy as Bravo TV’s Lifestyle Coach on ‘Queer Eye For The Straight Girl’, in which Danny coached women on every aspect of their lives including cooking, health and fitness. This also led to his own internet cooking show ‘Thin Kitchen’, based on diet, nutrition and healthy recipes; a show he also co-wrote and produced. Danny has been working with the fitness giant Beachbody for the last 2 years, reporting on many life changing weight loss stories and hosting their Million Dollar Body Game, a fitness and weight loss game show.

 

Having traveled the world, Teeson is a true renaissance man and relocated to Los Angeles 8 years ago and founded Danny Teeson Productions, Inc. Under this banner, he has produced, designed, choreographed and directed many live shows, including American Idol (Live Tour), Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Independence Tour’, Cal Mart (LA Fashion Week), and The California Gift Show. He has acted as Carrie Underwood’s creative director, conceptualizing and directing her 2008 Carnival Ride Tour, ACM Awards performance, and Grammy’s performance and can currently be seen on Oxygen Networks hit show ‘Dance Your Ass Off’ as resident judge which airs summer 2010 in it’s second season.
